## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Kingsley Village, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapt to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

The schedule for this role is:

- Sunday: 17:00-21:00

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Thursday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
