## Description

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team at Millennium, a global alternative investment firm. You will play a key role in building and deploying AI solutions using generative AI approaches, including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and agentic workflows.

The successful candidate will help redesign how business development activity is modeled, processed, controlled, and reported across the firm. You will shape AI-first systems architecture across multiple platforms that support business development and incentive workflows, and design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure solution quality, robustness, reliability, and business impact.

Responsibilities:

- Build, test, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using generative AI approaches

- Help redesign business development activity modeling, processing, control, and reporting

- Shape AI-first systems architecture across multiple platforms

- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure solution quality

- Partner with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions

- Contribute to real-time and batch data pipelines, monitoring, logging, metrics, and guardrails

- Work across regions and departments to understand business workflows and design effective AI solutions

- Perform data cleansing, data engineering, and pipeline development

Requirements:

- 5+ years of data engineering experience, including 1-2 years of hands-on AI experience

- Experience building production-grade GenAI solutions at enterprise scale

- Strong hands-on experience with Python, AWS, Bedrock, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI

- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Pydantic, or similar tools

- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, conversational AI platforms, and modern AI-powered user experiences

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Salary Range: The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000.
