## Description

We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our Payments business in APAC, focusing on FinTechs, TP3 and VASP sectors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement the APAC strategy for FinTech, TP3 and VASP franchise, aligning with firm-wide priorities and risk appetite.

- Drive regional sales, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion, with clear accountability for sustainable business performance.

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering an inclusive culture.

- Engage with strategic clients and prospects, coordinating resources to deliver tailored solutions.

- Promote client acquisition, cross-selling, and wallet-share growth across Payments products.

- Stay informed about industry trends, representing the firm through executive briefings and thought leadership.

- Oversee risk and control agendas, ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate with regional and global partners to deliver integrated solutions.

- Develop sector value propositions, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.

**Essential Requirements:**

- At least 7 years of experience in FinTechs, TP3, VASPs, payments or related sectors.

- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, with a track record of delivering results through others.

- In-depth understanding of APAC FinTech landscape, regulatory environment, and competitive dynamics.

- Proven ability to set strategy, originate complex opportunities, and manage senior client relationships.

- Strong knowledge of sector-specific risks, including KYC, AML, and regulatory expectations.

- Exceptional judgment, integrity, and executive presence.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
