## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Programmer II to join their Clinical Solutions team. The successful candidate will utilize primary development tools such as Oracle RDC, Oracle Inform, Medidata, Rave, SAS, and other supporting tools to design, write, validate, and maintain software to meet specifications in a timely and productive manner.

Responsibilities:

- Design, write, validate, and maintain software using primary development tools

- Generate and maintain required documentation, including development of specifications, coding, and validation efforts

- Serve on project teams to coordinate and lead development activities for clinical programming projects

- Ensure quality deliverables by reviewing study level core deliveries for accuracy

- Review and provide input on study budgets and monitor scope of work

- Provide leadership, training, guidance, and support to other department members

- Lead clinical programming activities on up to eight concurrent studies

- Manage project resources and alert management of delivery and resourcing needs

- Possess and maintain broad overall knowledge in the field of clinical programming and clinical data management
