Cleveland House in Banks, Southport, has an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join their team. The organisation provides residential support for 32 males and females with acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological conditions, and associated physical health needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting qualified staff with patient care plans

- Undertaking routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents

- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with patients, colleagues, and visitors

- Promoting and maintaining an environment conducive to meeting patient needs

The ideal candidate will be reliable, friendly, and caring with a genuine passion for helping service users achieve their goals. They will be resilient and capable of supporting service users in managing challenging behaviours.
