## Description

We are seeking a Permanent Crew Officer to join our Operations Department, specifically within the Planning & Rostering department.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and adapting the commercial transport plan for the Eurostar service and managing the staff required for its implementation.

**Main Tasks:**

- Personnel Scheduling: Manage staff orders, adapt service schedules, and provide backup support to ensure coverage in Belgium and Paris.

- Monitoring & Reporting: Track attendance, validate service logs, update reports, and ensure data accuracy in TAM TAM.

- Resource Logistics: Manage bookings, transportation, and emergency equipment; coordinate with Co Thalys during crises.

- Support Operations: Assist Crew Dispatchers during disruptions and ensure smooth communication between teams.

- Crisis Adaptation: Help adjust transport plans and secure extra resources during unexpected events.

**Requirements:**

- Fluency in French and Dutch; English and German are an asset.

- First experience in the railway sector.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends.
