## Description

We are Accor, a global hospitality leader. Our goal is to assist in the execution of maintenance activities on machines, equipment, and facilities, following established criteria and procedures, aiming at the safety and well-being of our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, refrigeration, and various systems, according to checklists and maintenance plans.

- Carry out small repairs, replacement of components (light bulbs, sockets, reactors, etc.) and painting and cleaning services in technical areas.

- Inspect internal areas, parking lots, and garages, making necessary adjustments and repairs.

- Monitor the operation of pumps and hot and cold water systems, ensuring continuous supply.

- Keep the work environment clean, organized, and in compliance with environmental procedures and norms.

- Record and execute service orders in the system and organize documents from third-party companies.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum: Completed Primary Education

- Basic knowledge of electrical

**Desirable:**

- Completed Secondary Education

- Knowledge of hydraulics and/or mechanics

- Basic Office package

- Basic English

**Additional Information:**

- 6x1 shift (12:00 - 20:20)
