## Description

You will lead and manage a functional testing team, including daily work arrangement, performance evaluation, and professional development.

You will take overall charge of the functional testing process, including test planning, case design, execution management, risk control, and quality acceptance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Optimizing functional testing standards, specifications, workflows, and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage

- Participating in project requirement review and design review, identifying risks in advance, and putting forward testing suggestions

- Tracking project progress and milestones, coordinating with development, product, art, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery of testing tasks

- Managing bug closure control, supervising the reproduction, verification, regression, and closing of key and critical bugs

- Organizing testing summary and experience sharing, precipitating testing methods and best practices

- Reporting testing status, quality indicators, and risks to senior management regularly

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote product quality improvement and process optimization

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or related fields

- 5+ years of game functional testing experience, 2+ years of team leadership experience

- Profound understanding of game testing process, test case design methods, and quality management system

- Rich experience in bug analysis, positioning, tracking, and promoting closure

- Familiarity with game development cycle, milestone management, and project collaboration mode

- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese

- Proficiency in MS Office and common testing/project management tools
