## Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to collaborate with product owners and technical teams to drive the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will utilise your knowledge of the bank's technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.

**Accountabilities:**

- Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owners and technical teams.

- Support development and implementation of product strategy and vision.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features.

- Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.

- Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.

- Stay updated on latest industry technology trends and evaluate new approaches.

- Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills.

- Demonstrate leadership behaviours to create an environment for colleagues to thrive.

**Requirements:**

- Hands-on knowledge of Apply journey and Fraud detection journey.

- Experience in defining and maintaining product roadmaps, producing MVP, business capabilities, and technical sustainability objectives.

- Ability to create business user stories, high-level process flows, and data dictionaries.

- Drive backlog management, refinement, and stakeholder expectation management.

**Nice to Have:**

- Working experience on re-platforming, migration, and data-driven back-end projects.

- AI-assisted functional and tech spec-driven product management.

- Drive for process improvement, excellent soft skills, and risk management.
