## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in Nairn, Highland. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service to customers

- Assist with filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, and selling products

- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and perform job tasks efficiently

- Organize and move stock, maintain shelf tidiness, and ensure a clean work space

- Develop product knowledge to make helpful recommendations to customers

**Contract Details:**

- Part-time position with 12 contract hours per week

- Fixed-term assignment until 01/02/2027
