## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Markets Lawyer to join our Frankfurt office. As a key member of our capital markets practice, you will work closely with our team to advise clients on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings, securities trading, and regulatory matters.

Our capital markets practice is a leading player in the market, providing expert advice to clients across various industries. Our team is known for its technical expertise, commercial acumen, and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

As a Capital Markets Lawyer with us, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and challenging mandates, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide expert advice to clients on capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings, securities trading, and regulatory matters

- Conduct due diligence and review documents in connection with capital markets transactions

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service

**Requirements:**

- At least two excellent academic degrees in law (juristische Staatsexamen)

- Ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience in banking and capital markets law

- Excellent English language skills

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- First experience abroad and/or an LL.M. degree from an English-speaking country are welcome
