**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission

- Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll and time off approvals, and employee scheduling

- Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment

- Meet operational performance goals, including productivity, patient scheduling, and patient care standards

- Support team development and manage the full employee performance cycle

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans

- Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources
