## Description

We are seeking a Parts and Accessories Consultant to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Böblingen. As a key link between the workshop and service, you will ensure optimal parts and accessories supply to meet customer satisfaction and maximise market potential.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise between the workshop and service teams

- Contribute to optimal parts and accessories supply for customer satisfaction and market potential

- Handle customer requests and inquiries, checking availability and delivery times

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or technical training in the automotive industry

- Experience in parts service within a car dealership is desirable

- Strong product knowledge, experience in accessory sales, and organisational skills

- Customer-focused mindset and approach

- Independent and meticulous work style
