## Description

The V-BAT Training Senior Manager leads all aspects of V-BAT training and standardization, overseeing the internal training team and managing training as a program to ensure alignment across operations, engineering, and product.

This role delivers consistent, scalable, and measurable training outcomes while operating as an operations officer for flight activities.

### Qualifications:

- Experience leading aviation training programs

- Background in military aviation, UAS operations, or equivalent

- Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables

- Strong understanding of training systems, standardization, and evaluation processes

- Experience in operational planning, scheduling, or operations officer roles

- Ability to translate technical system changes into training requirements

- Strong organisational, communication, and execution skills

### Salary:

$140,000 - $210,000 a year
