- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required

- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment
