## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Parc Llandudno, a busy store location where customers come to relax and recharge.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service, making food and drink recommendations, and ensuring the café runs smoothly, even during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:

- being digitally confident to use our tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- delivering quality service under pressure, focusing on five-star customer experiences

- supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- adapting quickly to meet customer needs and business requirements

Due to operational demands, successful candidates may be required to work full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your schedule will be: Week 1:

- Monday 10:30-15:45

- Wednesday 10:30-15:45

- Thursday 10:45-16:00

- Saturday 10:45-16:00

Week 2:

- Monday 10:30-15:45

- Thursday 11:00-16:15

- Friday 10:30-15:45
