## Description

We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Le NEST Paris La Défense MGallery Collection, a 5-star hotel located in the heart of La Défense.

As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during late-night arrivals and departures. Your duties will include:

- Welcoming guests with calmness and efficiency during late-night arrivals

- Managing check-in and check-out procedures using Opera systems

- Handling phone calls, last-minute reservations, and providing information to guests

- Ensuring the security of people and property during the night

- Preparing accurate reports for the morning team

- Responding to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction

- Collaborating with various departments, including restaurants and technical services

- Performing tasks related to the service and generating necessary reports

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A background in hospitality or restaurant management (desirable)

- Experience in reception roles (not required but advantageous)

- Fluency in French and English, with a third language being an asset

- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative

- Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Autonomy, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach
