## Description

As a Senior Real Estate Transactions Manager at NVIDIA, you will manage transactions and help shape the company's real estate strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Lead office, lab, garage, and other commercial real estate transactions across the Americas

- Develop negotiation approaches and collaborate with internal and external experts

- Evaluate opportunities to improve portfolio cost, footprint, and flexibility

- Partner with Finance, Legal, Insurance, Workplace, business leaders, landlords, brokers, and outside counsel

- Negotiate real estate agreements and translate financial, contractual, and market considerations into recommendations

- Manage multiple complex transactions at once

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, business, law, or a related field

- 12+ years of U.S. commercial real estate transactional experience

- Knowledge of commercial real estate markets, lease economics, cost drivers, site selection, due diligence, and real estate finance

- Ability to review and negotiate letters of intent, leases, subleases, licenses, work letters, amendments, and related agreements

- Experience managing large-scale or complex corporate real estate transactions at a global technology company
