## Description

Join Hewlett Packard Enterprise for a 13-month software engineering internship starting in July 2027.

As a Software Engineering Intern at HPE, you'll gain real-world experience by contributing to business-critical projects and working with cutting-edge technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing new features

- Identifying, fixing, and documenting bugs

- Participating in peer code reviews

- Contributing to the team's knowledge base

- Analyzing and designing software and configuration changes

You'll work closely with QA engineers, DevOps engineers, software developers, and architects, gaining insight into how different disciplines collaborate to deliver business-critical software.

You'll also have the opportunity to:

- Get involved with site charity and social events

- Develop organisational and leadership skills

- Support employee resource groups and site-wide initiatives

- Help shape a strong, inclusive culture across the Bristol site

To be considered, you should currently be pursuing a bachelor's or integrated master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software development, or another IT-related field, with your course including a placement year.

Desirable skills include:
