## Description

Accor is a renowned hotel group with a global presence, operating 5,000 hotels across 38 brands.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences in our restaurant, buffet, and convenience store.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Greet and serve customers according to our brand's style and standards

- Prepare and replenish buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as coffee breaks for events

- Serve guests, offer menu recommendations, and handle payment procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including removing used dishes and utensils

- Actively promote menu items, desserts, and beverages to increase sales

- Manage inventory, control stock levels, and perform monthly inventory reports

- Adhere to hygiene and food safety guidelines, as well as environmental policies

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve area goals and participate in training and development programs

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in customer service and food service

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Knowledge of Office and Internet applications, as well as point-of-sale systems

- Desirable: English language skills
