### Responsibilities

- Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting for HR teams in the HQ region while ensuring seamless operation of HRIS processes and resolve system issues quickly

- Champion data quality and accuracy across all HR master data modules

- Own HRIS service and support delivery for the region

- Identify and drive improvements to processes for greater efficiency and user experience by collaborating with global HRIS teams to align system functionalities with business needs

- Support development and testing of new features tailored to the region

- Participate in HRIS-related projects, providing technical expertise and hands-on support

- Coordinate and execute project tasks as directed by HRIS managers while contributing to project documentation and training materials

- Deliver engaging training sessions for HR teams and new joiners

- Adapt existing resources to boost HRIS adoption while responding to user inquiries and provide solutions to enhance user experience

### Requirements

- 3 years' experience working with HR information systems (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, Anaplan, BI)

- Strong English and German language skills

- Solid knowledge of HR processes

- Analytical mindset with a structured, results-driven approach

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- University or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology is beneficial

- Experience in HRIS governance and compliance is preferred

- Prior HR project support experience is an asset

### Benefits

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is EUR 2,509.00 gross per month. However, the attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
