Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with varying shift times. As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various store areas

Benefits:

- Competitive salary

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for shifts between 22:00-06:00
