## Description

We are seeking an accomplished engineer with deep expertise in digital implementation, particularly backend processes such as place & route. You will lead technical engagements with customers on digital implementation projects, focusing on backend place & route processes. You will also provide expert guidance and hands-on support for advanced technology nodes (N3/N5/N7), addressing challenges and optimizing performance.

Collaborate with internal R&D and product teams to influence tool development and feature enhancement based on customer feedback. Develop and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and documentation in Japanese for both internal and external stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and propose innovative solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.

Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, and contribute to best practices within the organization. Accelerate customer success by enabling efficient and robust digital implementation using Synopsys tools. Drive adoption of advanced technology nodes, expanding Synopsys' leadership in cutting-edge semiconductor design.
