We are seeking a skilled Market Street Butcher to join our team in Peterborough.

As a Market Street Butcher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality British meat to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing primals, cutting and presenting meat to company specifications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing outstanding customer service and highlighting our fresh products

- Cutting, boning, steaking, dicing, mincing, seasoning, and wrapping meat primals to exact company specifications

- Maintaining vibrant displays and keeping fresh meat counters well-stocked and attractive

- Working safely with specialist tools and upholding strict health, safety, and hygiene standards
