## Description

We are seeking a Senior Therapist to join our team at Lush Spa Cardiff.

As a Senior Therapist, you will support the Store & Spa Manager in delivering exceptional spa experiences and driving business results.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maximising spa occupancy through effective scheduling

- Leading and motivating a team of therapists and receptionists

- Ensuring high standards of customer service and spa experiences

- Collaborating with local non-spa stores to drive voucher and product sales

- Supporting day-to-day spa operations, including rota management and booking adjustments

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2 years of experience in the spa industry, with a focus on delivering luxury treatments

- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
