## Description

At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

As an Analyst in Insurance Operations, you will play a vital part in advancing this movement. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day management of all post-inception requests and enquiries, ensuring primary servicing objectives are met in terms of quality and efficient deliverables for in-forced policies to all partnering distribution channels.

**Responsibilities**

- Be the direct liaison officer between partnering distributors and AIA internal stakeholders, bridging the operation disparity between partnering firms to AIA standards of business.

- Support distribution channel initiatives for process improvements, participate in providing conceptualised feedback for betterment of current processes.

- Handle enquiries and requests from partners through calls and emails within the agreed turnaround time, managing document submissions (tracking and routing).

- Ensure timely and accurate processing by respective internal stakeholders, relaying completion updates and deliverables to hands of customers via partners.

- Responsible for coordination and preparation and documenting of team meetings.

- Maintain and update team manual to ensure all new workflows and guidelines are incorporated and documented accurately.

- Uphold compliance to all IT and Compliance guidelines.

- Any other duties as assigned by Manager and/or HOD.

**Requirements**

- Degree or Diploma

- At least 3-5 years of experience (preferably in Insurance Operations) or Policy Servicing or equivalent experience in Client servicing.

- Related insurance qualifications such as M5, M9 and LOMA would be an advantage.

- Able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment.

- Self-starter who constantly strives for excellence.

- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence individuals and teams at all levels of the organisation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
