## Description

As an Ecommerce Specialist at Cooler Master, you will be the driving force behind the online store. Your goal will be to optimize online marketing channels, such as SEO/SEA, affiliate programs, email marketing, and social media.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Optimizing online marketing channels to lower CPC, increase website traffic, and generate new leads.

- Developing and complying with the global e-commerce strategy based on the budget.

- Identifying new profitable opportunities and routes for consumers.

- Supporting the operational management of the online store.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A degree-level education or equivalent, and/or proven work experience within an online store (Shopify experience is an advantage).

- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales (consumer electronics or otherwise).

- Experience managing online operations in both start-up and complex environments.

You should possess the following personal characteristics:

- The ability to respond quickly to customer requests and needs.

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with Dutch or Chinese being an advantage.

- A sales-oriented and proactive attitude, with problem-solving skills and the ability to think from the consumer's perspective.

- The ability to work independently and in cross-functional multicultural teams.

- A willingness to handle problems and act on your own initiative.
