## Description

Ubisoft is a global video game organisation with teams around the world creating original and memorable gaming experiences. Beyond Good & Evil 2 is an open-world action-adventure game set in a captivating space opera universe.

As a Lead Level Designer, you will be at the heart of design decisions, working closely with project directors. Your main goals will be:

- Define and communicate the level design vision to ensure consistency across the game's world, gameplay, narrative, and art teams

- Create clear and understandable design language for players

- Ensure gameplay situations are readable, intuitive, and engaging

- Simplify complexity and focus on fun

You will also be responsible for managing a team of 6-7 Level Designers, helping less experienced team members develop their skills, and giving senior team members autonomy on key subjects.

The ideal candidate has:

- Experience working on AAA games and shipping multiple titles

- Strong level design skills, particularly in 3D

- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles applied to level design

- Experience with iterative design and testing

- Strong communication and leadership skills
