## Description

We are looking for a Performance Engineer to support our GT3 Customers during track and test events based out of our Cologne headquarters. Are you a team player who thrives on responsibility, with strong analytical and negotiating skills? Then you are the right person to take on this challenge.

## What you'll do

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated performance engineer, to join TOYOTA RACING in Cologne and trackside, at international race events.

- Work in conjunction with race engineers on setting up race cars and driver performance at race events, tests and DiL simulator sessions

- Analyse data using dedicated data acquisition software and additional analysis techniques to optimize the car performance

## What you need

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline

- Experience in working with GT3 race car manufacturers or racing teams
