## Description

Our internship program gives you a real-life insight into a future career in our Contact Centre team in Kuala Lumpur. You'll work on improving customer experience and new hire retention.

Your responsibilities:

- Analyse iNPS detractor feedback to identify recurring themes and customer pain points

- Build simple reports to track detractor trends and support follow-up actions with Operations teams

- Conduct interviews and surveys with recent hires and leavers to gather qualitative insights

- Draft practical materials to enhance onboarding and engagement

- Prepare summaries and slides for internal discussions

- Learn how operational and people metrics connect to service quality and customer experience

Eligibility criteria:

- Available for 16-24 week full-time internship from July to December 2026

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or Communications

- In your final or penultimate year of studies, expected to graduate in 2027

- GPA of at least 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 or 2nd class upper (or equivalent)

- Right to work in Malaysia without sponsorship

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Fast-paced and detail-oriented with ability to juggle tasks and work under pressure

- Curious and adaptable with a willingness to learn

- Good communication skills for writing clear summaries and supporting presentations

- Organised and able to manage tasks independently while working with others
