## Description

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager, AS to join our team in New Delhi, India.

Deutsche Bank is present in 17 locations across India, catering to a wide variety of population through its distinct channels like Personal banking, Private Banking, and Business Banking.

**Your key responsibilities**

- Manage a team of 6 Sales Managers

- Generate business through the Sales Manager team

- Read and understand financials of clients to close a Mortgage deal, including reading and analyzing balance sheets

- Hire own team of Sales Managers

- Report to Cluster Manager

**Your skills and experience**

- Overall relevant experience of 10+ years and team handling experience of 5+ years in the same geography as the job location

- Strong client handling skills (HNI & UHNI)

- Must be a strong salesperson with a well-connected market reach

- Qualification – Graduate / MBA

- Age capping to max 35 years

- Excellent communication in English
