DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

**Responsibilities**

- Identify the full range of business requirements and translate them into exact functional specifications for solution development and implementation.

- Analyze business requirements and assess the associated impacts of proposed changes.

- Create, maintain, and execute against roadmaps focused on solution development and implementation.

- Provide guidance on methodological approaches and support the resolution of business challenges with varying levels of complexity.

- Align with key stakeholder groups, including Project Management and Software Engineering, to support the link between business divisions and solution providers across the full solution lifecycle.

- Drive the identification, implementation, and maintenance of solutions by simplifying complex activities and ensuring a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.

- Contribute to team development through mentorship, training, knowledge sharing, and involvement in initiatives covering both technical and non-technical skills.

**Skills**

- Profound experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, preferably within the banking sector and lending domain.

- Experience in software implementation, process optimization, strategic planning, and business development.

- Broad experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions within Agile (Scrum) environments, working closely with engineering teams.

- Strong experience in detailing and creating User Stories, business concepts, and functional specifications for agile delivery teams.

- Deep understanding of Lending products, processes, and systems for Private Banking customers, including Lombard lending, liquid collateral assessment, and collateral management.

- Expertise in lending platform integration, workflow processes, and business process design.

- Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams.

- Strong skills in requirements validation, UAT testing, user training, and the creation of business documentation, models, diagrams, and presentations.

- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate consensus, identify risks and issues proactively, and engage effectively across business and technical teams.

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
