## Description

We're looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join our international team at SupportYourApp. As a consultant, you will communicate with clients via chat, phone, and email to help resolve issues and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients through various channels, providing assistance and resolving concerns

- Search for necessary information in open sources, becoming a master of quick and accurate research

- Create a great experience for each client, showing attention, care, and a touch of service magic

- Adhere to information security principles when working with confidential data

- Collaborate with a multicultural team of specialists from various fields, exchanging experiences and ideas

Requirements:

- Fluent Ukrainian speaking and writing skills

- Ability to explain complex issues simply and clearly

- Experience in customer communication (in-store, online, or via DMs)

- Detail-oriented and able to search for answers when others give up

- Multitasking and focus capabilities

- Positive attitude and responsibility

Nice to have:

- English language skills

- Familiarity with CRM systems

- Experience monitoring tickets on Booking/Skyscanner
