## Your daily impact:

- **The voice of Wealthsimple:** You are not just a support agent; you are an advocate for our clients' financial interests. You will explain investment, trading, and personal finance concepts in a simple and accessible way for everyone.

- **Strategic problem resolution:** You handle the client's journey, whether it's facilitating a complex institutional transfer or navigating back-office operations. You ensure that our clients achieve their goals, such as meeting a promotion deadline.

- **Creator-Owner mentality:** You will work closely with all departments, from Product to Operations, learning the intricacies of creating our financial tools and improving them through direct client engagement.

- **Large-scale expertise:** You will establish yourself as an expert in the fintech sector, mastering multiple applications and platforms simultaneously to offer unique solutions.

## Your profile:

- **Confirmed customer service experience:** You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment (retail, hospitality, banking, or technical support).

- **Financial curiosity:** You have a genuine interest in the stock market and personal finance. If you already understand the difference between a RRSP and a TFSA, you have a head start.

- **Technological agility:** You are comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs simultaneously, using Slack for internal communications, and utilizing keyboard shortcuts to maximize efficiency.

- **Resilience and adaptability:** You adopt a growth mindset and are comfortable with a rotating shift schedule.

## Requirements:

- **Full bilingualism:** Perfect mastery of **French** and **English**, both orally and in writing, is **mandatory**.

- **Availability:** Be available for full-time shifts of 8 hours/day (including weekends and holidays) between 8:00 and 20:30.

- **Job type:** This is a full-time, temporary contract position.
