## Description

We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Weilheim.

As a Customer Consultant, you will provide tailored advice to our customers on a wide range of financial products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing customer-centric advice on financial products and services

- Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact

- Taking responsibility for customer care in your branch

- Working closely with your branch team

- Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for customers on financial matters

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds

- A successful commercial education, ideally as a bank clerk, or several years of experience in customer consulting or sales

- Excellent communication and service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- A high level of interest in financial topics and economic connections
