## Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to support Account Executives' sales efforts at KFMB-TV San Diego. As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of fulfillment to enable Account Executives to focus on client-facing activities, create opportunities, and close revenue deals. Your primary goal will be to provide superior customer service and support across Broadcast Television and Digital to retain clients and grow business.

Responsibilities:

- Provide post-sale support to Account Executives, including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.

- Interact daily with existing advertising agencies and direct clients to maintain client schedules and implement special projects.

- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs.

- Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay updated on sales, products, and processes.

- Identify new revenue opportunities with Account Executives based on campaign results.

- Assist with contract maintenance, avails generation, traffic management, and customer service.

- Track client audience delivery using ratings, impressions, and KPIs.

- Coordinate with the team to set up new customer accounts and manage order entry.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of account management experience in a fast-paced media sales environment.

- Proven track record of retaining and growing clients.

- Knowledge of marketing solutions, including broadcasting and digital advertising, is preferred.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and advertising solutions is highly desirable.

- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

- Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems.

- Self-motivated and willing to work as a team player.

- Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and adaptability.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and time management.

Pay Range: $30-$34 USD
