Shield AI is seeking a Harness Design Engineer to design complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies for its X-BAT autonomous UAV platform. This high-impact role requires expertise in harness design to ensure reliability, precision, and performance in the field.

Key responsibilities include designing wire harnesses and cable assemblies, collaborating with electrical engineering, performing electrical, mechanical, and environmental analysis, prototyping and testing harnesses, and leading technicians in building, testing, and debugging various parts of the EWIS system.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, 0-2 years of experience with wire harness designs, and proficiency in 3D CAD modeling tools, GD&T best practices, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.

The salary range is $76,000 - $114,000 per year, with additional benefits and equity included in the offer package.
