## Description

We are seeking an Android Engineer to join our growing mobile team and build the Creative App for Android, bringing our audio AI to millions of users.

You will ship features that integrate tightly with our AI-driven audio models, and work out where focused bets or incremental improvements will move the product most.

You’re impact-driven and autonomous, and good at drawing clear conclusions from experimental results. You’ll work closely with design, product and research, and help shape the app’s architecture and technical direction.

**Responsibilities**

- Strong native Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) with a track record of shipping features that improved engagement

- Design and run A/B tests, using data to decide what to build next

- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities, and able to add structure where it’s needed

- Experience owning performance, quality and responsiveness in a production app

**Nice to Have**

- Experience with audio playback or streaming on Android

- Experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test and release pipelines

**What We Offer**

- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
