## Description

We are seeking a Hybrid Rider to join our team in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. As a Hybrid Rider, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering parcels to customers, agents, and stations in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Load, transport, and deliver parcels safely and on time

- Verify customer details and addresses using the application before and during delivery

- Ensure all packages are in acceptable condition and meet the following requirements:

- No discrepancies or damage to packages

- All packaging is in good condition

- Air Waybill (AWB) is present on all packages

- Number of items in the application matches the physical number of packages

- Packages are within the designated coverage area and route

- Inform station staff of any discrepancies or issues with packages

- Collect cash on delivery (COD) from customers and ensure it matches the application's records

- Hand over collected COD to Station Head or Fleet Assistant daily

- Contact customers before failing delivery

- Maintain good behavior with customers

- Adhere to designated routes and schedules

- Comply with Proof of Delivery (POD) requirements

- Follow transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record

- Adhere to Ninja Van's Code of Conduct and Quality Policy

- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors

Requirements:

- Malaysian citizen

- Aged 18 and above

- SPM qualification and above

- No prior experience required

- Own vehicle (motorcycle/car)

- Valid driver's license and Good Driving License (GDL) if driving a company vehicle

- Clean driving record

- No criminal record

- Good attitude and customer-oriented

- Android phone

- Responsible and punctual

- Able to work flexible hours

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (or until delivery completion) Delivery Area: Taman Desa

Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,400 per month
