### Role Overview

As a React Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and scalable web applications using React. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React and related front-end technologies.

- Build reusable, modular, and scalable UI components.

- Ensure responsive and intuitive user interfaces across all devices and browsers.

- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and services.

- Optimize application performance, load times, and user experience.

- Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

- Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, and quality standards.

### Requirements

### Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 4 years to 16 years

- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end development practices.

- Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and responsive design principles.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
