## Description

Oliver Wyman, a Marsh business, is a management consulting firm that helps industry leaders in the consumer, telco, and technology industries develop value growth strategies, improve operations, and maximize organisational effectiveness.

As a Principal, you will provide day-to-day leadership of complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process, teaming with Partners. You will ensure on-time delivery that meets or exceeds agreed upon goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practice, your own expertise, and the firm's technical competence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing day-to-day leadership of client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process

- Supporting the Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution

- Engaging fully in building business by identifying new and expanded opportunities

- Creating exciting and additive intellectual capital through thought leadership

- Overseeing and guiding the consulting team as they develop hypotheses, review client information, and conduct client interviews

- Leading firm-building activities, seen as a role model for firm values with a strong personal brand

The ideal candidate will have:

- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, and Technology sectors

- In-depth knowledge of the sector, either gained through experience in the industry or in other consultancy houses

- Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines

- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills

- Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives

- Willingness to travel
