## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to join our team of staff in the Imaging department at Hampshire Clinic, part of Circle Health Group. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day clinical service delivery, maintaining ongoing dialogue with Consultant Radiologists, and supporting the Director of Clinical Services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing day-to-day clinical service delivery

- Maintaining dialogue with Consultant Radiologists

- Supporting the Director of Clinical Services

- Building and maintaining excellent multi-disciplinary consultant relations

- Monitoring revenue capture procedures

- Conducting radiographic examinations as an autonomous practitioner

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

- Experience working in an acute hospital setting in a Senior Radiography post or equivalent

- Experience of customer care, including interacting with challenging customers and situations

- A Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography

- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a multi-modality imaging department

- A wide general radiographic background with expertise in one or more specialised areas

- Knowledge of the healthcare service sector and the systems and processes used

- Awareness of College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct / Accountability

- Knowledge of IRMER and IRR17 Regulations
