## Description

Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Stevenage Retail Park.

You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working through the nights to keep everything running smoothly. This physically demanding role requires you to be fast, focused, and always one step ahead, ensuring our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Working across the wider store where needed, adapting to the pace and demands of retail

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player, working across functions and supporting colleagues across the store

- Adapting quickly to keep things moving, from early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday 21:00-05:00

- Wednesday 21:00-05:00

- Thursday 21:00-05:00

- Saturday 21:00-05:00

**Additional Information:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- The + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- This job role involves working through the nights, so applicants must be 18 years or older
