## Description

We are seeking a Sales and Artistry Coordinator to represent Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Oregon.

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for driving sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory. They will be an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, reflecting the brand values of being Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and having Potential.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results in-store to meet and exceed sales plan

- Determining individual and team sales targets

- Identifying and executing key eventing opportunities

- Inspiring and motivating retail teams to drive sales

- Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities

- Providing exceptional customer service and leading by example

- Developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners

- Managing inventory levels and ensuring the counter is 'customer ready'

Requirements:

- 2+ years of beauty industry experience

- 2+ years of beauty retail management experience

- Intermediate skills in MS Office

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills

- Ability to influence others and excellent communication skills

- Demonstrated ability in creating sales strategy and achieving sales plan

- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
