## Description

Zendesk is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join its growing EMEA Revenue Operations team in Krakow, Poland.

In this role, you will serve as a key operational advisor to the Sales organization across the entire Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle. You will act as a bridge between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Recognition to ensure deal structures align with corporate strategy, remain compliant, and support sustainable business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the trusted adviser to the EMEA Sales Team on all deal and finance-related matters

- Advise the team on alternative contract options and value propositioning to help drive deal closures

- Partner with Sales to teach best practices and help prepare strategic deals for management review

- Review contracts to ensure they conform to finance audit reviews and revenue recognition policies

- Drive proactive communication with internal business partners

- Ensure the billing system and invoicing reflect correct information for each customer according to contract terms

- Apply critical thought to projects focusing on process improvement and automation

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance Analyst role

- Fluency in spoken and written English; French or German would be an advantage

- Ability to work independently and meticulously

- Ability to develop great working relationships with key internal stakeholders

- Analytical skills and experience with contract management

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Zuora would be an advantage

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł106,000.00-zł160,000.00.
