## Description

As a Stock Manager at NEXT in Weston-Super-Mare, you will lead a team to manage stock processes efficiently, ensuring customers receive the best online experience and service.

The role involves:

- Supporting the store management team and communicating effectively with the Store Manager

- Managing a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient environment

- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team

- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities

- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
