## Description

We are seeking a Futures OTC Clearing Vice President to oversee and enhance our clearing processes. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to complete client documentation, coordinate functions, and drive regulatory and market structure developments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Work with clients to optimise the Liquid Financing relationship

- Provide best-in-class service and escalation oversight

- Act as primary contact for Liquid Financing clients in areas such as trading, risk, billing, and reporting

- Offer expertise on industry and regulatory initiatives

- Serve as subject matter expert for clients, with a deep understanding of each client's business mix, operational requirements, and product sensitivities

**Vice President Expectations:**

- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change

- Manage resources, budgets, and policies; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls

- Collaborate with other areas of work to keep up to speed with business activity and strategies

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought, comparing and selecting complex alternatives

**Requirements:**

- Experience with US rules and regulations related to futures, derivatives, and FX prime brokerage

- Knowledge of legal documentation governing futures, derivatives, and FX prime brokerage

- Comprehensive understanding of products, trading mechanics, and life cycle events

**Preferred Skills:**

- Knowledge of UK and EU regulations and products

- Familiarity with fixed income, prime brokerage, and US treasury market structure

- Experience with client onboarding processes

**Salary:** $150,000 - $225,000 per year
