## Description

We are seeking a Key Account Specialist - Retail to drive the development, implementation, and tracking of Red Bull's sales strategy across assigned Retail and eCommerce accounts in Taipei, Taiwan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing productive long-term relationships with customers to reach and exceed sales targets

- Acting as a main contact for customers and delivering monthly trade sales volume based on LRE (last revised estimate)

- Implementing account sales strategies and preparing volume forecasts and plans

- Driving customer engagement through alignment on business plans and joint business planning leading to in-store/online execution excellence

- Conducting regular store checks to acquire information on execution and market information

- Managing trade spend budget for assigned accounts and ensuring utilisation of budgets in line with Red Bull guidelines

- Collaborating cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Operations teams

Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in managing either hypermarkets, supermarkets, or key eCommerce platforms

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a sound understanding of financial bottom-line implications of sales and marketing decisions

- Ability to analyse sales and customer data, take conclusions, and develop initiatives with the highest value for the shopper, customer, and Red Bull

- University degree

- Advanced level of Mandarin and English language skills
