## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Coatbridge Faraday Simply Food, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering excellent customer service.

We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to drive sales and help customers discover our products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing style advice and five-star service

- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Keep standards sky-high while balancing speed and accuracy

- Contribute to a positive store environment where everyone moves with purpose and energy

- Adapt to where you're needed, when you're needed

The work pattern is Monday 06:00 - 12:00 and Tuesday 06:00 - 12:00, but due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
