As a Claims Assistant/Technical Analyst, you will focus on providing outstanding service and claims administration to our Loss Adjusters. Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and entering new claims into the system

- Updating the system with review notes and additional inputs

- Processing payments

- Managing communications through calls and emails to all stakeholders including Customers, Brokers, and Insurers

- Assisting with driving claims to settlement

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Previous administration, insurance, or customer service experience in a corporate environment

- To be well-organised and have good communication skills

- Motivation to build a career in insurance

- An openness to new learning experiences
